Around end of May I get really sick.. Fever, sore throat, flu, ear and nose block(cause me out of balance), short term memories loss(effect of the medicines), and I have no appetite to eat, I only take 3 full mouth to have my medicines.. Doctors give me a tons of Panadols, Tamiflu, ear drop, and antibiotics. It takes me 2 months to fully recover. But after recover from sickness I started to have excessive hair loss!
I loss this much after every single hair wash😢
Every friends around me also told me I have serious hair loss problem and they notice I'm getting balder and balder😢😢
So I went to a drugstore and the pharmacist there told me is either the side effect of the medicines or malnutrition cause this excessive hair loss. She suggest me to take hair tonic(apply on hair scalp) or take multi-vitamins. She also told take multi-vitamins will take longer time to recover. And yet I still choose to eat multi-vitamins. But after 2 months there are still no obvious result😨

Thanks for the excellent blog, wanted to just share an experience i had with my hair loss. I thought it was food related but I found out later in the process that it was all stress related. Stress over a new baby, loss of job, gaining weight, all just contributed to me expediting the process as my hair began to fall out.
