I'm a girl that doesn't like to do sports because I don't feel like to be tanned. I just start to do sports when I enter into the University Life. I join ultimate frisbee and this becomes my first favourite sport.
So what's ultimate frisbee ? Ultimate frisbee is a team sport in which players seek to score points by passing a Frisbee to a teammate over the opposing team and it emphasises on the Spirit of the Game. So here's my frisbee team- Amplifire.
Normally, we will gather together in a circle form. We will do some prayer, discussion and cheers before game starts.
In Ultimate Frisbee, there is "Seven on the Line". This means only 7 players are available on the field in each game.
The ratio is either 4:3 or 5:2 or 6:1. This means only 4 boys 3 girls or 5 boys 2 girls or 6 boys 1 girls are available.
I like this sport because of the Spirit of the Game and this sport has no any contact between players. For me, as a sportsman, I think the best moment is when you and you teammates wear the same team Jersey, train together, support each other, and fight for tournament together with the passion.
So I would like to give you an advice, go to do some sports and have a sport team. Sports only not can give you healthy body but also can give you a lot of unexpected happiness.
